Motorized Monochromator
The PMO-1200 is a motorized concave grating monochromator. It has a flat field output for use as a spectrograph. This model has an f/3.22 aperture. It has a HMI controlled turret for automatic grating and wavelength selection. The input and output port are located on the perpendicular faceplates of the monochromator, and the system includes 1 mm slit at both the input and output port.

Applications
- Use as a filter: The monochromator reflects a narrow portion of the light source spectrum into the sample. This capability is widely used in the fabrication and testing of solar, photovoltaic and photoelectrochemical cells.
- Use in spectroscopy and spectrophotometry: If a light source is placed in front of the input slot of the monochromator device and a light-sensitive detector in front of its output slit, the monochromator will detect various components of the light source spectrum. This feature is used in the analysis of light sources, fluorescence and luminescence.
